General
PhotoID Studio is operated by Murat Duru ("the Operator"). By using the website or the desktop application you accept these terms. The desktop application additionally presents an End User Licence Agreement on first launch; where the two conflict, the in-app agreement governs use of the application.
Licence
The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PhotoID Studio for personal or commercial purposes, valid for as long as your subscription lasts. The software is licensed, not sold; the Operator retains intellectual property in the software and all of its components. Each licence is limited to the number of devices your subscription allows. You may not share your account or session credentials with third parties.
Prohibited Use
The following are expressly prohibited: • Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, licence or subscription verification. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying the software, or distributing modified copies. • Copying, renting, lending, reselling or sublicensing the software. • Imitating, duplicating or letting third parties use an installation or account identity. • Attempting to obtain a further trial by artificial means (fake accounts, identity resets and similar). • Placing excessive load on our servers with automated tools, or attempting to bypass security measures. Where such activity is detected, your account and devices may be permanently disabled without notice or refund, your subscription terminated, and legal remedies pursued for any loss. Verification is performed server-side.
Free Trial
Registered users are offered a one-month free trial, once per email address. All features are available during the trial. When it ends, export is disabled; your account and settings remain. Attempting to obtain a further trial by artificial means falls under Prohibited Use.
Payment and Subscription
Paid subscriptions are managed through Paddle. Prices are in US Dollars; tax may be added depending on your country. Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel. You can turn off automatic renewal from your account at any time.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Send your request to [email protected]. Once approved, the payment is refunded through Paddle by the original method. Accounts closed for Prohibited Use are not eligible for a refund.
Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use. Whether a produced photograph is accepted by an official authority is at that authority's discretion. The application prepares country templates according to the official measurements in force, but the final check is the user's responsibility. Country requirements may change without notice.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect on the date they are published on this page; the date at the top shows the last revision. Where the in-app licence agreement changes in a legally meaningful way, your acceptance is requested again.
