General
PhotoID Studio is operated by Murat Duru ("Operator"). By using PhotoID Studio software, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to both the desktop application and the website.
License
The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PhotoID Studio for personal or commercial purposes. Each license can only be used on one device at a time. Copying, distributing, reverse engineering, or modifying the software is prohibited.
Free Trial
New users receive a 1-month free trial upon registration. All features are available during the trial period. After the trial ends, a PhotoID Studio watermark is added to all exported photos.
Payment & Subscription
Paid subscriptions are managed through the Paddle payment platform. Prices are in US Dollars and VAT may be added based on your country. Annual subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from your account page.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests can be made by emailing [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
PhotoID Studio shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software. The software is provided 'as is'. Whether biometric photos are officially accepted is the responsibility of the relevant authority.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service with prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website.
