Frequently asked questions
- Do I need an account to download?
- No — anyone can download the installer. To use the app you sign in with an account and need an active subscription.
- Which Mac version should I download?
- Open Apple menu › About This Mac. If the processor starts with “Apple M”, choose the Apple Silicon build; if it says “Intel”, choose the Intel build.
- Which Windows versions are supported?
- Windows 10 and later, 64-bit. Detailed hardware requirements are on the system requirements page.
- What does the app actually do?
- PhotoID Studio doesn’t take photos. It turns a photo you already have into a print-ready ID photo that matches the official specs of 130+ countries — face alignment, cropping, background and print sheet layout.
